In every country (universities) has its own rules and requirements on admission procedure. Major of universities require advance payment of tuition fee and few of them require accommodation fee too. The admission fee always are NON-REFUNDABLE in many of universities as STANDARD. Germany is the one of them!
Requirements for admission
Languages of instruction:
Germany provides a wide range of English-taught as well as German-taught higher education opportunities in diverse academic fields. If you want to study abroad in Germany, you should know that knowing the German language remains a main prerequisite for admission. Recent studies show that Germany is one of the most supportive countries for international students, especially when it comes to English-taught Master’s programmes. In 2013, Germany has placed second in the growth of international English-taught programmes in Europe.
German universities tend to encourage long-term higher education for international students by providing more English study opportunities to students who plan to take their Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Germany, as a continuous study experience. As a result, students who plan to study abroad in Germany for only one semester will have a more difficult time finding universities which offer English-taught courses.

V I S A:
To obtain the German visa is not so easy for all citizens. In other side, it is easier than easy, when you are genuine student and submitted all the papers by requirements of university and embassy. There are simple and standard questions (by console) asking to students to be sure about their aim and mission. Once, you done all necessary things as require and you answer all the given questions with confident, then visa will open – it is sure.
NOTE: An important condition for obtaining visas is proof of the ability to finance their stay in Germany for the first year of study. At the moment, you can provide one of the following proof of financial solvency:
# Blocked account (Sperrkonto) worth about 8,500 euros in one of the German banks (eg. Deutsche Bank);
# Information (Bank certificate) about the presence of an amount equivalent to 8,500 euros on account of your bank in the country.
From university always officially giving the full visa support for every candidate, once the student are finally admitted.
P.S.: Between 15-20 working day’s (sometime it take more) will provide admission letter, IV letter (and language acceptance letter) from university. For Visa obtain requirement papers will send to students or agents by Currier service with original/hard copies.
Student will prepare other documents (When all papers are prepared by students and Bank balance as minimum Euro 8,500 (have to show in Embassy) and take appointment for visa interview to the German Embassy in the local place!
Study visa and residence permit:
- Make sure to apply for the correct visa. Tourist and language course visas cannot be converted into a “student visa”.
- Make sure your passport is valid for your entire stay in Germany.
- If your study programme lasts longer than 90 days and you are not a citizen of EU member states or Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway or Switzerland, you must apply for a residence permit in the city in Germany where you are going to study.
- To get a residence permit you will need confirmation of registration from your Resident Registration Office, proof of health insurance coverage, student ID, proof of financial resources, valid passport with visa, health certificate. Additional documents might be required depending on your country of origin.
- Residence permits are issued for a two-year period and can be extended.
Important! It must be approached very seriously to filing for the visa procedure – inaccuracies may lead to denial of a visa. The application form for a visa you will need to provide an address in Germany. If you do not have housing in Germany, then enter the address of the University. By specifying an address in another German city, your documents will not reach the Office for Foreigners in those city, where located the University, and consideration of your documents will be delayed for months!

T U I T I O N:
The tuition fee in Germany also different, as it is also depend on the Rank of university and faculties. Major part of education at the universities in Germany are FREE (except semester cost), once you are perfect and fulfilled the requirements of university.
To study in Germany is not free but more than free after preparatory course on MBBS degree.
After successfully completed preparatory course student will join with our partner state universities for MBBS and for 5 year’s s/he has to pay 5500 euros per year to the university as tuition fee. In 6th year the education is free and on 6th year they will get GUARANTEED salary also the minimum package of 6th year internship for MBBS student is 50,000 Euros from hospital, where the students will pass the practical.
(This is their internship period in Hospital. That’s why, this program is not free but more than free).
Every candidate can join for MD program or other any faculties. Can apply for job here in Germany or other EU countries.
NOTE: After 18 month of preparatory course, every student will start their study from 2nd course (year), as all their chosen subjects also will taught in the period of preparatory course.
# After finish the German language course (B2 level), students also can continue thier study FOR FREE at any university in the teritorry of Germany.
Tuition and living expenses (Master Degree)
Total tuition fees: 12,900€
- pre-payment in advance: 1,290€
- first semester at October 1: 3,010€
- second semester February 15: 4,300€
- third semester September 15: 4,300€
The table below provides an estimate of how much a student can expect to spend while attending the MBA program at the University of Applied Sciences.
Accommodation for 3 semester: 4,500€
(costs for the dormitory: about 250 € per month / depending on the room. Please note: A room will just be available by pre-payment / deposit of 200€!)
- Health insurance: 1,400€
(All students need to be health insured; costs calculated with a state insurance company (about 77,90 € per month/under 30 years old – 149,62€/over 30 years old)

There are three main types of higher education institutions to choose from in Germany: universities, universities of applied sciences (Fachhochschulen) and specialized universities.
- Universities mainly focus on research and are the traditional German education institution. Many of them are technical universities or colleges of technology.
- Universities of applied sciences are more practically oriented and are connected to major German companies.
- Specialized universities concentrate on specific subjects such as arts, music, film, theatre, etc.
